New Question
Kevin’s Answer:
Beth, thank you for your thoughtful question. I absolutely understand and respect that many residents moved here for its affordability and strong sense of community — that’s something I value deeply as well.
My goal isn’t to transform this into an exclusive or high-cost community, but to ensure that the amenities and infrastructure are maintained in a way that protects our property values and quality of life long-term. Any increases in dues should be carefully considered, transparent, and tied directly to improvements that benefit the entire community, not just a select few.
As for the restaurant, I believe it should be self-sustaining as much as possible. I support investments that make it more attractive and cost-effective, but I do not support endlessly pouring money into it without a clear return or benefit to residents. We need to prioritize wisely.
Ultimately, I want to make sure decisions reflect the will and needs of the full community — not just those with deeper pockets. Your concerns are valid, and I welcome ongoing dialogue to ensure we stay true to the character that brought so many of us here.

Name Beth What is your question for Kevin? You are wealthy. and can afford the higher cost dues to bring the community to the standards you and your supporters want. What about those who moved here because it was a nice, middle class community? And how much more do you think should be poured into the restaurant? Home price are down and the dues are making people not want to buy in here. Sent from Kevin for HOA
